Q Do you offer advice & guidance on what to wear for my Photography Shoot?

A Yes, I am happy to help you with your choice of outfit/outfits! Would you believe, In another life I was actually a Visual Merchandising Stylist for Marks & Spencer?! I was in charge of a group of Visual Stylists. I would design the Window displays as well dress their mannequins and generally oversee all the Merchandising for the whole of the Ladies department. So I would love to help you achieve a perfectly coordinated look. During your Zoom session I can offer you help as well as listen to your ideas!

Q I live further a field, how far do you travel?

A I am happy to travel up to three hours from the BB5 area in Lancashire. If you would like me to travel further a field, this may be possible, but any over night stays, meals and fuel costs will be added to the cost of your Brand Package.
Alternatively, I could always meet you half way! There are many amazing locations up and down the country, lets meet up somewhere exciting and capture your Personality! It may be a woods, forest, Beach, Urban location. It could be something really different like a canal….or a reservoir…anything is possible, as long as I have permission to photograph there!

Q Are you qualified?

A Yes, I graduated in 2012 with a 1st class BA(Hons) In Photography. I have also a wealth of experience. Before I attended University, I worked for a small company working in their Photographic Studio and passed several of their award schemes. After graduation, I set-up several Photography Companies, including a Wedding Photography Company (With my friend) and my own Photography School, where I teach Photography and hold Photography Workshops across the North West & Yorkshire.
I love capturing personalities! I love the connection between the Business owner and their products/services, its that passion that I find wonderful to capture!
Oh, did I mention I have had many images and articles also published? And two books?

Q My Photography Shoot is outside and the weather is bad, what happens now?

A If the weather takes a turn for the worse, we can reschedule your shoot, to a mutually agreed time.
Unfortunately the weather is out of my hands, but there is always a way around it! We will discuss this during your Personal Zoom Call. I can advise and offer guidance on your location choice and in some circumstances have a plan ‘B’ just in case! :)

Q I have changed my mind do you offer refunds?

A Due to the nature of the Photographic service I provide, unfortunately I can not give refunds.

Q Does your prices include travel?

A Yes, the price quoted includes travel, depending on which option/package you have chosen. This is from an hour radius or 90 minute radius of the BB5 Area. (Lancashire).
However, I am happy to travel further a field and can provide you with a quote, with travel costs added. :)
If you have chosen a VIP Package and live further than a 90 minute travel time from the BB5 area, extra travel costs may be added to the overall price. I am happy to workout a bespoke price for you.

Q How do I make payments?

A Depending on which option/package you have chosen, payments are made either by Paypal, Bank Transfer or Go Cardless.

Q I have chosen a VIP Package and would like to make 12 monthly payments. When does my first payment start?

A Your first monthly payment starts from when you choose which VIP Package option. Once payment had been received, I will then book you in for a Zoom Call. Eleven Monthly payments will then follow, until the remaining balance has been paid.
